About Applied Carbon
Developer of mobile pyrolysis systems designed to produce biochar and sequester carbon on a massive scale. The company's systems identify degraded or blighted tracts of land in urban and peri-urban areas and then convert the biomass waste on-site efficiently into biochar which is a form of charcoal made from agricultural waste, enabling clients to dispose of waste organically such as to boost nutrient retention, water retention and helps remediate contaminants while permanently sequestering atmospheric carbon.
