About First Data Corporation Retirement Plan

Corporation Retirement Plan was a single-employer defined benefit non-contributory corporate pension plan based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Established in 1990, the pension plan provided retirement, death, and disability benefits to plan members of First Data, which provides electronic commerce and payment solutions for merchants, financial institutions, and card issuers. The plan covered certain United States employees of First Data and certain other subsidiaries. The assets of the plan were managed by the executive management team. State Street Plan & Trust Company served as the trustee of the plan. On January 16, 2019, FDC and Fiserv, Inc. (Fiserv), and 300 Holdings, Inc. (Merger Sub), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fiserv, entered into an agreement and plan of merger, pursuant to which FDC will merge into Merger Sub. Completion of the merger is subject to customary closing conditions for both parties.
