Established in 1948, the plan provided retirement and death benefits to eligible employees of Standard Register, a company that offered communications services for financial services, healthcare, retail and industrial markets. The company sold the majority of its assets to Taylor Corporation on June 19, 2015. As of August 31, 2015, Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) will pay retirement benefits to the current and future retirees of the retirement plan. The plan was administered by an executive management team. This plan is no longer in operation and is not actively tracked by PitchBook.
